Staff Reporter

It was a musical feast at Regional Theatre yesterday as the Vrindavaadhyam competition took off. Music lovers poured in from all parts of the city to enjoy music.

This venue was overflowing with music enthusiasts and even judges Jose C John, Shomy Davis and Prakash Pulliyeri literally enjoyed the feast.

The 10-minute performance by each of the 18 teams created a sense of euphoria at the venue. As the competition proceeded, the standards also kept increasing and spectators enjoyed each moment of the performance of the budding stars.

R Rajesh said, "The performance was simply impeccable.''

All seven participants in each team should have a synchronization, that's what counts in the competition, said Sunil Dutt, trainer of Fathima Matha English Medium Higher Secondary School, Tirur. "Our team has been practicing for more than three months and today is the time of judgment. Let the best team win," he said.
